allow user to replace docker repo prefix from image names 
Example usage:

```yaml
replacements:
  imageNamePrefixes:
    '123456789012.dkr.ecr.us-east-1.amazonaws.com': '<prod>'
    '923456789999.dkr.ecr.us-east-1.amazonaws.com': '<dev>'
```
